Golden Globes Highlight the Year's Best in Movies, TV, and TV Series

The Hollywood Foreign Press named its favorites once again this year on Sunday night's Golden Globe Awards on NBC. While you might not agree with every nomination or award given, it was certainly a good show complete with our favorite celebrities dressed to the nines (both good and bad) and some memorable acceptance speeches. Who will forget Sally Hawkins graciously choking and stammering through her thank-you’s for her winning performance in the motion picture “Happy-Go-Lucky,” or Tina Fey humorously telling her online critics to “suck it” in her speech for best actress for her role in the TV series “30 Rock.” It’s moments like these that keep these ceremonies entertaining, right to the bitter end.

In case you missed it, here are the winners from the 2009 Golden Globe Awards.
